There are nine grades in Kung Fu Martial arts, each and every grades are having different color belts and training methods. Here we have given the training methods for your reference.
White belt is the beginning stage of Kung Fu Martial art for the student. In this level student learn about the history of Kung Fu and basic exercises. The duration for this level is 3 months.

In this stage the student understand more and learn about the history of Kung Fu and basic exercises and Kung Fu poses. The duration for this level is 3 months. .
